BioSince 2007, Tommy Gimler's music videos have been viewed
over one million times online. His video for
"The Myspace Song" was featured on the front page of break.com
and ebaumsworld.com, where it caught the attention of VH1 executives.
"The Myspace Song" was the video
of the week on VH1's
Web Junk 20 in January 2007.
Sirius Satellite Radio also took note, and Tommy quickly
became a fan favorite on their comedy channels. Today, Tommy has 25 different songs in rotation. New Wave Entertainment
recently signed Tommy to a digital distribution deal, and now all of his songs are available on iTunes, amazon.com, and more.
He is also currently one of the top 300 comics on Myspace as well as one of the website's top 3 emcees. Tommy also recently
recorded an unprecedented 60 songs in 60 days on YouTube.
In the fall of 2007, Tommy began touring colleges and
universities. Ian Reynolds of the Marywood University Student Activities Crew wrote, "Tommy was the most entertaining
comedian to play that semester at Marywood University." Tommy is a paid regular performer at The Laugh Factory in Hollywood,
and he often performs at The Comedy Store and Improv as well. He also hosts two comedy shows in Los Angeles every
month.
Tommy performs at colleges/universities, comedy clubs, and bars across the country. He is also a professional
emcee, working for clients such as Mountain Dew, AOL, Animal Planet, ABC Family, and others at events such as the Super Bowl,
X-Games, Night Before the Oscars Party, US Open (tennis), and others. In 2009, Tommy toured the country doing comedy for Budweiser,
and he currently hosts a webisode for Mitsubishi. He is available as a solo act or as part of a packaged deal with other comedians.
